Outbound Training for Non-Academic Staff at BUSL

According to the Annual Action Plan – 2025, the Bhiksu University of Sri Lanka organized an Outbound Training Program for its non-academic staff on 6th and 7th October, 2025, at the Sinha Leadership and Adventure Training Centre, Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment Army Camp, Ambepussa, in collaboration with resource persons from the Centre. The primary aim of the program was to enhance teamwork, promote personality development, and improve coordination among staff members. Additionally, the training focused on reducing psychological stress and fostering the development of a positive attitude. Participants took part in various team-building exercises that tested their problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities. The program also emphasized the importance of collaboration, emotional resilience, and physical endurance, all crucial components for fostering a harmonious and productive work environment.
