The Research Presentation Sessions for the academic staff of the Bhiksu University of Sri Lanka were successfully held on 20 May 2025 in the Board Room of the Faculty of Languages and Cultural Studies.
The programme was organized by the Staff Development Center (SDC) as part of its ongoing staff development initiatives aimed at strengthening research competencies, promoting high-quality academic publications, and fostering a collaborative environment for knowledge sharing and intellectual exchange.
Three academic staff members presented their research papers during the session as follows:
Senior Lecturer Ven. Kelegama Jinarathana

The presentations were followed by constructive discussions that encouraged scholarly dialogue, critical reflection, and academic collaboration. The event significantly contributed to strengthening research capacity and enriching the intellectual atmosphere of the University.
