The Establishments Division of the University is responsible for recruitment, promotion, training and all the activities pertaining to academic and non- academic establishments. The following works are handled by this division.

• 1. Updating cadres of academic and non-academic staff, and forwarding to the Ministry of Higher Education.
• 2. Recruitment, confirmation, promotion, training, retirement and other human resources development activities of the academic and non-academic staff.
• 3. Salary and wages administration.
• 4. To attend the court cases, attending departments, if necessary, to represent the University.
• 5. Performance appraisal review and processing.
• 6. Personnel data entry and maintenance of all the relevant records .
• 7. Implementing organizational policies.
