A workshop on Artifact Drawing and Planning

A workshop on Artifact Drawing and Planning was successfully held on 9th and 10th December 2024, organized for archaeology special students by the Department of Social Sciences and Comparative Studies. The workshop featured Mr. M.W. Indika as the subject expert, who guided students in the techniques of accurately drawing and planning archaeological artifacts. The session focused on the detailed documentation of artifacts, teaching students the essential skills for precise representation and analysis. Through practical exercises and expert insights, participants gained valuable experience in artifact illustration, a crucial aspect of archaeological research and preservation.
