The Annual Diploma/Certificate Awarding Ceremony of the Unit of Postgraduate External Degrees and Extension Courses (UPEDEC) was held on 27th March 2024 at the Auditorium of the Faculty of Languages & Cultural Studies.
Certificates was awarded to the students who have completed Diploma in English, Diploma in Tamil, Advanced Certificate in English, Advanced Certificate in Astrology, Certificate in Information and Communication Technology courses conducted by the Unit of Postgraduate External Degrees and Extension Courses (UPEDEC).
The Vice Chancellor Ven. Snr. Prof. Kanattegoda Saddharatana Anunayaka Thero and the Director of UPEDEC Chair Prof.Ven. Kanangamuwe RahulaThero delivered exhortation speeches. The Awarding Ceremony was graced with the presence of Academic & Executive Staff of the university, students, parents and the well-wishers.
