The Bhiksu University of Sri Lanka, Anuradhapura, invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified contractors for two infrastructure development projects: the construction and rehabilitation of internal roads and interlocking with landscaping at the Manamunawatta premises, and the construction of internal roads at the Thissawewawatta premises. The procurement will be conducted under the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedure. Interested bidders may obtain procurement documents from the Capital Works Division until 20 July 2026, while bids must be submitted on or before 21 July 2026.
