According to the Annual Action Plan 2026, the programme titled “Abhyanthara Sarisara: Adhyatmika Kathabaha” (Search Within: A Spiritual Dialogue), organized by the Department of Applied Buddhist Studies, was successfully held on 8th June 2026 at the Auditorium of the Faculty of Languages and Cultural Studies. The programme aimed to enhance the quality and productivity of institutional service by promoting the mental well-being of academic and non-academic staff, fostering mindfulness, and reducing mental stress.

The programme was conducted by Ven. Aluthgamgoda Gnanaweera Thero, Head of the Nihanda Arana Meditation Center.
