Bhiksu University of Sri Lanka, Anuradhapura, invites sealed bids from eligible, qualified service providers for garden maintenance and landscaping services for a period of one year.

- Bidding documents: Available from 12 October to 2 November 2026, on working days from 9.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m., upon written request and payment of a non-refundable fee of LKR 5,500 in cash.
- Pre-bid meeting: 27 October 2026 at 10.00 a.m., Meeting Room, Administrative Building.
- Submission deadline: 3 November 2026 at 2.00 p.m.
- Bid opening: 3 November 2026 at 2.15 p.m.
- Bid security: LKR 190,000, valid until 16 February 2027.
Bidders must be registered businesses that have not been blacklisted and must meet the experience and financial requirements specified in the bidding documents.
Submit sealed bids, including the original and duplicate, by hand or registered post to the Chairman, Department Procurement Committee, Office of the Registrar, First Floor, Senate Building, Bhiksu University of Sri Lanka, Puttalam Road, Anuradhapura. Envelopes must display the project name and contract number. Late bids will be rejected.
