Special Lecture on “Leadership Qualities: Concerning Personality Development and Motivation”
The special lecture on “Leadership Qualities: Concerning Personality Development and Motivation” organized by the Staff Development Center (SDC) of the BUSL, was successfully held on 05th December 2024 at the Auditorium of the Faculty of Languages and Cultural Studies of the University. The workshop was conducted by Senior Lecturer Mr. H.G.K.N. Bandara, Department of Economics, Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, Rajarata University of Sri Lanka, Mihintale.
The primary objective of the lecture was to equip our students with essential leadership qualities and motivational skills, which are vital for fostering their academic success and personal growth.
