The International Online Conference on Archaeology, Heritage Management and History (ICAHH-2024) was successfully held on 29 October 2024 in the Senate Board Room of the Bhiksu University of Sri Lanka.

The conference was organized by the Department of Social Sciences and Comparative Studies with the objective of promoting scholarly research and dialogue in the fields of Archaeology, History, and Heritage Management.

The Keynote Speaker and Chief Guest of the Conference was Dr. B. H. M. W. Bohingamuwa of the University of Ruhuna. His address highlighted contemporary challenges and research developments in heritage conservation and archaeological studies.

The conference was chaired by Senior Lecturer Ven. Dr. Uduwila Uparathana, who guided the academic proceedings and discussions. The event provided an international platform for researchers, scholars, and students to present their findings, exchange ideas, and strengthen academic collaboration.

ICAHH-2024 significantly contributed to enhancing research visibility and promoting interdisciplinary engagement in archaeology and heritage studies within the University and beyond.
