Admittance of New Student monks 2017/2018

148 students were accepted to the Bikshu University of Sri Lanka in 2017/2018 academic year. Orientation program was successfully held starting from 17th December 2018 to 05th January 2019. This program is consisted of three different arenas.

Program -1
Pragmatic Meditation Training (Training was conducted by Rev. Ranpathwila Wimalarathana Thero and Rev. Alakolagala Gnarathana Thero, Directors of Bhawana, Education Ministry Sri Lanka).

Program -2
Following programs to develop monastic attitudes.

• Contribution of University monks to the social leadership roles of the contemporary monks.
• Psychological guide to the education that suits the modern world.
• Good Health Habits.
