The Collection of Sri Lankan Books (SL) comprises publications that are directly related to Sri Lanka, including works on its history, culture, language, religion, society, and national heritage. This collection has been developed to preserve and provide access to materials of local and national significance for academic study and research.

Books marked with the symbol “SL” are not issued for lending and are intended for in-library reference only. Readers are encouraged to consult these materials within the Library to ensure their preservation and continued availability for future generations.
