Introduction | Lending Collection

The Lending Section facilitates the borrowing of library materials in accordance with established library regulations. When a reader wishes to borrow a book, the necessary approval must be obtained at the library counter, followed by verification by the security officer at the main entrance. Upon issuing a book, a staff member at the counter will stamp the due date on the book, and the security officer will record the reference number for security purposes.

Borrowing library materials in violation of the prescribed procedures is considered an offense. Books will not be issued using library cards belonging to other individuals, and only the registered cardholder is permitted to borrow materials. These procedures are in place to ensure the proper use, safety, and accountability of library resources.
