The Inauguration Ceremony of the Certificate Course in Information and Communication Technology conducted by the Unit of Postgraduate, External Degrees and Extension Courses (UPEDEC) was held on 02nd July 2023 at the Auditorium of the Faculty of Languages and Cultural Studies. After lighting the oil lamp, the welcome address was delivered by the Course Coordinator Mr. Nadeeshan Udagama and the Exhortation speech was delivered by the Chair Prof. Ven. Kanangamuwe Rahula Thero who is the Director of the Unit of Postgraduate, External Degrees and Extension Courses.
