The Inauguration Ceremony of the Diploma in Tamil conducted by the Unit of Postgraduate, External Degrees and Extension Courses (UPEDEC) was held on 01st July 2023 at the Auditorium of the Faculty of Languages and Cultural Studies. After lighting the oil lamp, the Course Coordinator Ven. Halpitiye Samithasiri Thero delivered the welcome address. The exhortation speech was delivered by the Chair Prof. Ven. Kanangamuwe Rahula Thero who is the Director of UPEDEC and the vote of thanks was delivered by Senior Assistant Registrar of UPEDEC Mrs. Chamila Godakanda.
