I would like to welcome you to the webpage of the Center for Quality Assurance (CQA) of Bhiksu University of Sri Lanka. The University values the highest academic and professional standards and aims to be an internationally renowned university for the quality of teaching, learning facilities and educational experience presented to students in Theravada Buddhist World.

In this respect, the CQA serves as the central hub for coordinating preparations for both external and internal quality reviews. The CQA plays a crucial role in integrating quality assurance practices within the educational framework, particularly in advancing the University’s mission “to produce versatile Theravada scholars.” By embedding quality dimensions into its activities, the CQA supports the University in achieving this goal.

To accomplish this, the CQA has undertaken various initiatives and developed essential documents, including policies, guidelines, and Terms of Reference (TORs), with the support of key stakeholders.
