Examination Division<\/h3>

The Examination Division<\/strong> of the University is responsible for managing all examination-related activities pertaining to both internal and external degree programmes. The Division ensures the proper conduct of examinations in accordance with approved regulations, maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness throughout the examination process.<\/p>

The key responsibilities of the Division include:<\/strong><\/p>

  • Registering internal students for examinations and maintaining examination records<\/p><\/li>

  • Preparing, filing, and maintaining examination worksheets and answer scripts in a formal and secure manner<\/p><\/li>

  • Preparing and publishing examination timetables<\/p><\/li>

  • Arranging and coordinating facilities required to conduct examinations<\/p><\/li>

  • Collecting answer scripts from examination supervisors, coordinating first and second marking, and releasing examination results within three months<\/p><\/li>

  • Convening the Examination Violations Offence Board<\/p><\/li>

  • Coordinating activities related to the University convocation<\/p><\/li>

  • Issuing examination-related certificates for both internal and external students<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
