Establishments Division<\/h3>

The Establishments Division<\/strong> of the University is responsible for managing recruitment, promotions, training, and all activities related to academic and non-academic establishments. The Division plays a key role in human resource management and institutional governance, ensuring compliance with approved regulations and policies.<\/p>

The key responsibilities of the Division include:<\/strong><\/p>

  • Updating the approved cadres of academic and non-academic staff and forwarding relevant information to the Ministry of Higher Education<\/p><\/li>

  • Managing recruitment, confirmation, promotions, training, retirements, and other human resource development activities of academic and non-academic staff<\/p><\/li>

  • Administering salaries and wages<\/p><\/li>

  • Attending court cases and representing the University in relevant departments when required<\/p><\/li>

  • Reviewing and processing performance appraisals<\/p><\/li>

  • Maintaining personnel data and ensuring accurate entry and record-keeping of all relevant documents<\/p><\/li>

  • Implementing and monitoring organizational policies<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
