Capital Works Division<\/h3>

The Capital Works Division<\/strong> is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing rehabilitation works and capital development projects in order to achieve the main objectives of the University.<\/p>

The key responsibilities of the Division include:<\/strong><\/p>

  • Facilitating the Land and Building Maintenance Committee in reviewing and approving proposed projects<\/p><\/li>

  • Preparing bidding documents and coordinating the Technical Evaluation Committee for procurement processes<\/p><\/li>

  • Facilitating the Procurement Committee for the approval of projects<\/p><\/li>

  • Awarding contracts and executing formal agreements<\/p><\/li>

  • Monitoring project implementation, processing payments, and administering contracts<\/p><\/li>

  • Preparing project reports and submitting them to the relevant Ministry<\/p><\/li>

  • Preparing cash flow forecasts for capital projects<\/p><\/li>

  • Coordinating and supervising rehabilitation activities of existing University buildings<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
