General Administration Division<\/h3>

The General Administration Division<\/strong> is responsible for overseeing rehabilitation activities, maintenance of equipment, provision of essential services to staff and students, communication facilities, cleaning, landscaping, and other administrative functions necessary for the smooth operation of the University. The division ensures a safe, well-maintained, and efficient campus environment that supports academic and administrative activities.<\/p>

The key responsibilities of the division include:<\/strong><\/p>

  • Providing essential infrastructure facilities such as electricity, water supply, telephone, internet connectivity, and newspapers to ensure the smooth functioning of the University<\/p><\/li>

  • Providing transport facilities for staff and students for academic and administrative purposes<\/p><\/li>

  • Providing auxiliary services, including maintenance and repair of equipment, postal services, vehicle services, and staff housing facilities for the University community<\/p><\/li>

  • Ensuring University security through both internal and private security services, safeguarding personnel and property around the clock under the supervision of the Security Officer<\/p><\/li>

  • Providing contractual services such as janitorial services, garden maintenance, and landscaping<\/p><\/li>

  • Coordinating and conducting the Annual Board of Survey for fixed assets and taking necessary actions to dispose of unserviceable items in accordance with University Grants Commission (UGC) circulars<\/p><\/li>

  • Developing and managing real estate and property plans of the University through the Administration Division<\/p><\/li>

  • Preparing the University\u2019s Strategic Plan, Annual Action Plan, and Annual Report<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
