Capital Works Division
The Capital Works Division is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing rehabilitation works and capital development projects in order to achieve the main objectives of the University.
The key responsibilities of the Division include:
Facilitating the Land and Building Maintenance Committee in reviewing and approving proposed projects
Preparing bidding documents and coordinating the Technical Evaluation Committee for procurement processes
Facilitating the Procurement Committee for the approval of projects
Awarding contracts and executing formal agreements
Monitoring project implementation, processing payments, and administering contracts
Preparing project reports and submitting them to the relevant Ministry
Preparing cash flow forecasts for capital projects
Coordinating and supervising rehabilitation activities of existing University buildings
