As per no. 1.4.6 the Action Plan 2019, one day training programme of Library Science was held on 28th of August 2019, at the Library premises. The first lecture was delivered by Acting Librarian, Mr. Y.K Tissa Bandara, on "Palm Leaves Writing" from 9.00 a.m. to 12 p.m. The second lecture, which is the guest lecture of the programme was delivered by Ven. Pathakada Rewatha, Assistant Librarian of Naganannda International Institute for Buddhist Studies, delivered a guest lecture on Library Automation from 1.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m. This programme was co-ordinated by Senior Lecturer, Ven. Wawala Dhammaloka and Lecturer. Ven. Bodagama Sumana.
