Ven. Galwewe Wimalakhanthi Thera was appointed as the Dean, Faculty of Languages and Cultural Studies of the Bhiksu University of Sri Lanka with effect from 23rd of September 2021. Ven. Galwewe Wimalakhanthi Thera served as the Head, Department of Social Sciences and Comparative Studies of the Bhiksu University of Sri Lanka before taking up the new appointment.
