Grade Point Average - GPA (Grade Point Average)

Grade Point Average means the average or grade points that the student earns for different courses. The calculation is done by first the grade points of different units are multiplied by the credits of those units and then that total is divided by the aggregate of the overall evaluation.

Grade point average is counted up to the first decimal digit. For example, when 4 course units with 2 Credits and 2 course units with 2 Credits have been scored as A,B,C,D,B,E, the average is calculated as follows:

(3*4.0)+(3*3.0)+(3*2.0)+(3*1.0)+(2*3.0)+(2*0.0)
(3+3+3+3+2+2)
